Build a shared understanding of your customers

I help my clients to understand, design and optimize their customer journeys, and to align user experience and business goals.

Since 2001, I have delivered over 200 User Experience research projects for both French and international clients: Mostly digital projects, and also in-store experience, service design, hardware. 

The projects with the biggest impact were those where I helped my clients' teams to see and feel the customers' needs themselves, and then share this concrete knowledge within their company.
