Based in the UK: Consulting for the deployment of online collaborative tools in a global company (75 000 persons in 70 countries). The project included interviews of users, a quantitative survey, definition of personas, definition of current and targeted user journeys, recommendations for the deployment strategy.

Testing of new products and services for a leading telecom manufacturer (BtoB in an
international context - users in 9 different countries). Mentoring of the UX teams in Frankfurt.

Before creating FF Consulting, Frederic Fuchs founded and managed a user research agency based in Paris, Design for Lucy, which is now part of the Extensia group.

My clients were a mix of international and French companies, for example Accor, Air France, Alcatel, ARTE, Aviva, Carrefour, Chanel, Credit Logement, Disney, Google, HP, McAfee, Microsoft, Orange, SFR, Yahoo!...


Frederic Fuchs also co-founded the IUXP (International User eXperience Partners), a global network of user research consultancies in 2006. The IUXP now has partners in 18 countries.
